Well, what can I say? This game is great, and fantastic wouldn't even cut off 1/100^th of the game's greatness. It is definitely one of the BEST RPG that I have ever played. It might not be to other people, but this game, Chrono Trigger, and Final Fantasy VII are all superior in every way to other RPG's. Sure, this game didn't break any technological barriers, but who remembers how they felt when they saw Celes almost commit suicide, or the time when they were all in the Opera house with great music, OR the time Gau finally got to see his dad. These are the beautiful parts of this game. There was also humor though! The ending of this game was chock full of funny sequences. The songs were splendid, too. Daryl's theme was the best song(in my opinion) that I have ever heard on an RPG. Celes' theme was right up there with it. So, if you haven't played this game, borro w it from a friend. IF you can't do that, then rent it and keep it a week overdue, but do something to play it, even buy it. Trust me:it is worth it!

SPOILER ALERT!!

Well, for those of you that have not played the games, here's the basic plot:
A long time ago, a strong thing existed called magic. this was a great force that only
certain people could learn from espers. Then a war happened. All technology was
wiped out. People started from scratch again. As technology was reinventing, slowly
but surely, magic was reborn. The people that found this out was an organization called
The Empire. Unfortunately, they used it for bad purposes, and would not share it with
the public. Eventually, they found the espers, and drained magic from them, but they
also found what seemed to be the product of a human and an esper. They quickly
influenced Terra(the human/esper) by using brainwash technology. On a mission, this
girl was left alone in a city with an old man when her team members were blown away...
Her brainwash technology was taken off. As she found out The Empire was evil, soldiers
came for her. She ran out and was soon escaping until she took a bad fall. A man named
Locke came to help her, and they set off to the Returner's Secret Base(an organization
against The Empire). With the help of many of her friends, she will figure out her past,
her present, and her awesome future...
